Wound Condition before SilVet:
Acute inflammation, Biofilm was diagnosed late at night, after a day during a competition Hot hoof Physical suffering from pain, discomfort caused by wounds walking disability.
SilVet Treatment :
50 ml Silvet is used per 1 treatment:
For cleansing (20 ml) and 30 ml for dressing with Silvet for 6 hours only.
After 6 hours complete elimination of infection and elimination biofilm was observed. 2 hours after dressing removal the horse took a part in a competition. No debridement, no antibiotic treatment was performed except Silvet. No adverse event, irritation or discomfort.
